Richard Charlton CPA MAICD is an experienced executive and quality systems practitioner. His background includes:

  • 6 years as CEO of a local aviation technology company

  • Achieved ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications (quality management systems)

  • Test pilot of light electric aircraft

  • Australian Army service

  • Big 4 banking experience

  • Several years working as a full-time parent and household manager
